If you're in any kind of ministry for any amount of time, you've probably experienced people who aren't eager when they see change or innovation on the horizon.  This seminar will cover barriers to change and how to take others (be it parents or church leaders) on a journey that involves change.  In my years as a youth worker I've made some pretty spectacular mistakes in this regard and have learned a few things you may find helpful.
